Our retail store was established in 1980. We began doing business on the internet in March of 1995. We strive to offer the best service and pricing possible. We realize that bad news travels quickly around the net. We only hope that good news travels at an equal speed.


Our Business hours are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Weekend hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and noon to 5:00 PM on Sunday. We are in the Mountain Time Zone. Please feel free to call us anytime during business hours for any questions or concerns. In addition, we often respond to emails late into the evenings during non-business hours.

Shipping
On purchases over $50.00 shipping is free inside the lower continental States.
We ship FedEx Ground (unless otherwise specified). Orders for instock items
placed by 4:00 PM Mountain Time are shipped the same day. Delivery times
vary from 1 to 4 business days depending on the ship to location. We provide
tracking numbers once the package has been picked up for shipping so that the
customer can follow the package. If the purchaser wishes to have a premium
service (overnight, second day) the buyer will be responsible for paying the
difference between regular Fedex ground and the premium service. Please call

Returns
We offer a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy. We do ask that the
customer pay the return shipping charges. Upon receipt of merchandise,
complete with all packaging, manuals, power supplies, cables, etc. (in like
new condition) we will refund the total purchase price less our original shipping
costs. Any shortages or damages will be charged to your account. Only
unopened/sealed software packages will be accepted for return. Please call or
e-mail us for a return authorization. Packages without a return authorization will
not be accepted by BPMmusic.com.

Damages
All shipping damages must be reported within 7 days (1 week) of acceptance.
Upon notification, BPMmusic.com will notify the shipper who will than arrange
to pick up the packaging and contents. You are responsible for keeping all
packaging in good order so that the shipper is able to verify the packaging of
the damaged item. We will do everything possible to expedite delivery of the
replacement items. This is, of course, subject to availability of our stock. On
special order items, clearances and B-Stock, if a replacement item is not
available we will credit your purchase as soon as we can verify that the shipper
 has picked up the damaged goods.

Special Discounts
We are an authorized retailer of all the product lines that we sell. Equipment
is shipped in manufacture's sealed boxes. In some instances we do have to
open boxes either to add upgrades, include items, insert invoices, etc. On
occassion we repackage products returned by customers within the 30 day
return period. The buyer will be informed and extra discounts offered for
their consideration. These items carry all applicable manufacturer's warrantys.
